In this world of social networking in the internet, emails are the easiest way to contact any individual, advertise etc. But with so much spam and fishing one might think Email Recruitment does not work anymore.
If certain rules are followed for Email Recruitment, then it can be the powerful tool to recruit college students and recent college graduates for internship(s) and entry level job(s).
Following are some of the success factors to be used by employers:-

There are many other email groups like Google, Yahoo, etc. which helps to create a network of college students and recruiters for internship(s) and entry level job(s). Email lists can be found by the recruiters in these social networking websites and accordingly send them emails. This email campaign for employers/recruiters is the right method in the right place to get the right person for their company. Similarly, for job seekers, this is the right method in the correct way to find a suitable job of their choice.
